How it works

My booking process.

Booking entertainment shouldn't mean chasing emails. Here's exactly how it works from your first message to the last song of the night — and what you get access to along the way.

  1. 01

    Check your date

Send your date and venue — by form, phone or the chat assistant — and Matt confirms whether he's free. No obligation, and no pressure if the answer is no.

  2. 02

    Your tailored quote

Matt puts together options that fit your day: evening entertainment (£500 midweek, £550 weekends and bank holidays) or full-day hosting at £750, plus any add-ons — uplighting at £100, a premium lighting and speaker upgrade at £200, or live sax and percussion. See full package details.

  3. 03

    Secure your date

Happy to go ahead? Your booking is confirmed in writing and your deposit is paid securely online — no bank transfers into the void, no paperwork in the post.

  4. 04

    Your own planning portal

This is where booking Matt differs. You get your own private online portal to build your day at your own pace — first dance, must-play songs, tracks you never want to hear, and how the evening should run. Add to it whenever inspiration strikes, from your phone at 11pm if that's when you think of it. Everything lands straight with Matt, so nothing gets lost in an email chain.

  5. 05

    Final run-through

In the run-up, Matt confirms the final timings and running order with you and liaises with your venue on access and setup. Unlimited contact throughout — you're never handed to someone else.

  6. 06

    The day itself

Matt arrives with everything needed, sets up around your schedule, and hosts the night — reading the room from the first dance through to the last song.
